He was good on special teams, including returning punts and recovering fumbles. Also can be used on trick plays as a quarterback (was a qb in high school) or on a reverse running the ball. One great receiver that was somewhat limited because of his Quarterbacks arm who was not consistently accurate throwing deep. Still put up good stats despite that and was good at getting yards after the catch
The Sulphur Springs Wildcats had not lost a game in 15 straight. They were 5-0 on the year, and ranked 3rd in the state. Fresh off a 4A DII State Championship, they were looking for revenge against the Lobos' 2008 victory over the Wildcats.
But the battle of the streaks went to the Lobos, and it wasn't even close. The Longview Lobos ran out to a 28-0 lead at the half and never looked back as they knocked off Sulphur Springs 45-0. The win gave Longview 27th straight home victories and 30 consecutive district wins.

The Wellsville Lions and the Elba/Byron-Bergen Lancers will play Saturday, Nov. 8 in the Division III Championship of the Connors & Ferris Bowl at PAETEC Park in Rochester.
This is a video covering the 2008 Paraclete spirits football team in their c.i.f. game vs. Rosemead high school on December 13th, 2008. the spirits won the game 21-10, taking home Paracletes 7th C.I.F. championship in football lead by head coach Norm Dahlia. the spirits finished the season at 11-3 after losing there first 3 games straight and the first 2 by just a touchdown each, the Spirits turned things around and went on an 11 game winning streak to finish the season and capture the mid-valley division 2008 C.I.F. Championship. Rosemead came in to the game as the favorite because Paraclete was thought to be undersized, which they were. Although that didnt stop the Spirits from going out there and taking care of business. The Spirits Defense dominated the game!!!
