Purdue All-American Band Halftime Champs Bowl

This is the Purdue All-American Marching band performing their half-time show at the 2006 Champs Sports bowl football game against Maryland. Selections include: School's Out An original drumline battle Tear it Up In the Stone Hail Purdue! Sorry for the bad audio quality, wasn't exactly a centrally located seat. I play snare drum in the AAMB drumline for anyone wishing to know. "At least the band's good."

Minimaly Speaking - SHS Marching band 2009

Seward High Marching band with their third best performance (only to state and the football game the night before state) of Minimaly Speaking parts 1 - 3. This was at the LPS competition. Seward got a Division 1 Superior rating. The 95 member band earned three division 1s and one division 2, and placed 3rd at state.

Outside the Box - 2009 - Horizon High School Half Time Show

Horizon Pride Regiment of 2009 plays Outside the Box. The band is very small this year unfortunately and we are only division 3 but this is our first full run performance and I think it was pretty good. The video and sound quality isn't the greatest though. I'm the tall Sousaphone.

The reality is that a lot of athletes, trainers and coaches are simply unaware of the importance of the thigh flexor muscles when it comes to running speed. The only way that I have ever been able to effectively isolate the thigh flexors and train them for speed is with resistance bands. No other method is more effective. The only way I have ever been able to increase their contraction velocity is with isometric training. Again, No other method is more effective than isometrics at making these muscles faster. And always remember - being fast is not the same as being strong. You will need fast muscles to dramatically improve your sprint speed and sprint faster than ever before. And fast thigh flexor muscles form the foundation for getting faster than ever before. Your friends, coaches and teammates will be amazed - and you will leave the competition in the dust!
